Suresh M has 27 years of technical and domain experience in industrial laundry, healthcare linen and hospital laundry operations, quality control, washing programmes, stain removal, manpower handling, logistics and plant workflow optimisation. He has led a workforce of more than 250 and worked at a production scale of 25 tons a day across Bangalore and Chennai.

Shashi spent 23 years with the Emirates Group in Dubai and rose to Assistant F&B Manager. The work was high-volume logistics, strict quality control and customer care. After COVID he returned to India and, with a partner, built that discipline into a laundry business that now runs five stores in Bangalore.
